9 hours left to vote for Marcin and the Global Village Construction Set in the MAKE Green Project Contest December 31, 2010
I love the ideas behind Marcin's Global Village Construction Set (more affordable, sustainable, and more easily maintainable tools for farmers etc) and I hope that one day the equipment that he and his team are creating will be available to people like John Dada (and his team at Fantsuam, especially for Attachab eco-village) and Peter Oyawale's Uncle Timothy.
Marcin is looking for votes for his project in order to get an all expense trip to the 2011 Maker Faire and a year subscription to MAKE Magazine. He says "If we make it, I’m bringing LifeTrac to the show."
I've voted for Marcin here http://makezine.com/tagyourgreen/?id=95
