Great post. Thank you.

Ref " the more we spend time conversing about projects, ideas, successes and failures, the more we learn from each other. Knowledge has never been about transferring data from one individual or group to another, although at times we have thought it to be. Gaining knowledge is really all about conversations – sharing ideas, correcting misconceptions, and raising questions that lead to deeper understandings."

Exactly so - the Internet enables us lto earn together, combining perspectives from many cultures and experiences. In a rapidly changing world there is little chance to follow exactly in the footsteps of others who have gone before us. We have to make it up as we go along, and the more we can learn together, the better.
