Noar Foundation News - TEC Device Offer
Mark Noar the Director of the Noar Foundation for Global Community Development will be in Calcutta, India from April 27-29.
During this time he will be teaching the Foundation methodology and instructing on how to perform solar lamp conversions to pv .

TEC device testing
We have now developed a TEC device that will sit over any pan of hot water and produce electricity. Two or three more NGOs are needed to test that it will work in their situation and who will follow a procedure.
We are prepared to supply the basic parts at no cost when the testing required is agreed. There is a lot to learn!
