Invitation to ICTs, Climate Change and Development Workshop, Dec 2010, London

We invite you to participate in a one-day workshop on "ICTs, Climate
Change and Development" to be held on Monday 13th December 2010 in
London as part of the ICTD2010 conference.

The objective of this workshop is to foster discussion about key ICT-
and-climate-change topics, including the role of current and emerging
digital technologies in adaptation, mitigation, disaster management
and strategy formulation in developing countries. Leading
international researchers and donor panellists will share their
findings with participants, and participants will contribute their
ideas and concerns, helping form the basis for a broader network of
actors who can support or follow implementation of action plan
priorities that emerge from the session.

The workshop is aimed at anyone with current or likely future
involvement in ICTs and development with a climate change dimension,
or a broader focus on environment, adaptation or resilience.
