I'm impressed by all that the COTW people are doing - although I don't understand the detail when they get deep into techie talk.

I've voted for their http://we.ideascale.com/a/dtd/BrowsEarth/107788-12001 proposal because - despite its techie-talk -  I do understand what they are on about as I was around (online )when it was being discussed). If they get to develop what is described here then I will be in the front of the queue to use it. You might benefit too - if so please add your vote - and quickly as I think voting ends tomorrow - on 11th Feb.

Subject: <Coalition> Urgent action on competition proposal!
To: coalition <coalition@googlegroups.com>

Hello Coalition,

I jumped at the chance to submit a proposal to the WeMedia Pitchit
challenge to win $25K seed funding for a promising new media venture
concept...in the spirit of COTW.

This was a pretty rush effort that blossomed from recent discussions
about a tagging and visualization toolset, and is designed to gain
attention and support ahead of really solidifying as a plan/project.
Fabio has contributed quite a bit to my basic ideas, and we managed to
assemble a "pitch" that represents our ambitions in a general/grand
sense. Just barely in time tho, it was important to find a narrow
focus to start from, that 'average users' could appreciate. So,
further input and development from the group can build on from this
starting point (or a little different one...), with or without the
actual 'winnings' of the prize.

It would be great to make a mark though! And see what our swarm can do
to make itself seen/heard in the early stages of several big
developments. Please take a look at the proposal here:

...and give it a vote of support if you agree! Even better, spread it
around as widely as you can, we have the next 48 hours to get up near
the top of the list! A few hundred votes for Co-revolution? Yes I
believe we can. Tweet, like, cc, IM, nudge, sing, as you wish!

Thanks and please ask about any more info you'd like. Ideally this
will come together in a presentation for MC3 ahead...g'day~
