Dadamac www.dadamac.net - Integrating education and development in Africa and online

What does that really mean - Dadamac - Integrating education and development in Africa and online?

  • Africa and online - John is a Nigerian based in Nigeria (where he directs Fantsuam Foundation - five minute video ) John and Pamela collaborate online (see Nikki's blog which covers the weekly Uk-Nigeria team meetings), Pamela represents Dadamac's interests in London, and visits Africa for "working holidays".
  • Integrated -   Dadamac brings all of the integrated education, training and development programmes of our sister organisation Fantsuam Foundation (http://www.fantsuam.org/) into a wider online arena. We do his through the Internet link provided by our partner orgnaisation Zittnet (the first rural Internet service provider in Nigeria, providing service to over 150,000 population spread across the whole of southern Kaduna). In dadamac integration it is not just a matter are integrating local programmes it is also a matter of using online opportunities to integrate local and global initiatives.
We provide unique opportunities for "outsiders" to
  • Collaborate with individuals and groups who are normally hard-to-reach, in rural Nigeria and in other parts of Africa.
  • To gather or share information.
  • To work together in ways that are genuinely integrated in local community life.
