Fantsuam Foundation is developing its own equipment replacement, recycling and disposal policy. We want it to meet industrial standards and become a model that can be used to share as "Best Practices" on the management of e-waste with other organizations when we begin to host training activities at the Knowledge Resource Centre.

Your thoughts will be helpful. Bala is developing this policy, here is his draft with my inputs

My first thoughts are simply "What an excellent idea." and "Who do I know who would know anything about that?" I don't have any immediate inspiration, but let's think about it together.

I have read the draft document which you sent, and wonder if you will allow me to share it with others yet.

I'm copying this reply to dadamac's posterous (which means it is automatically mentioned on twitter as well).
