- Reconnect - bringing our community back together!An art exhibition like none you've ever seen before,don't miss this once in a lifetime opportunity! the building has been empty for 9 years due to corporate waste and mismanagement of resources, the venue has 5 galleries each the size of football pitches and we are going to fill it with local artists. its going to be a truly open creative space, free for all the people of London to express themselves - the venue is basically the size of the Tate but run byus :0)

we need your help to make this happen, anyone who clicks attending MUST at a minimum:
- invite 20 friends
- put up 2 posters
please get creative and make this event grow, tweet to celebs and famous artists #reconnect, write articles and post them in on-line blogs and magazines, contact young enthusiastic journalists and reporters at Uni's looking for a story.and add us as a friend if you'd like to join us at more london events :0)
...........Focallocal are putting on a HUGE flash art exhibition at the Hobo Hilton in Holborn and giving London's creative community a huge stage right in the heart of central London to exhibit their work.
We have space for over 200 artists, makers and creators and 2000 visitors, the 5 galleries alone are each almost the size of a football pitch!!! - but we only have one week to fill this unbelievable venue so we desperately need your help! please use every means at your disposal to spread the word. tell ALL of your friends today! even if they live oversea's, then tell them to tell all of their friends and to carry on spreading the word.
the exhibition will consist of:
Ground floor - Programming Area, talks, films and activities
1st floor- Makers Market for hand made goods
2nd and 3rd floor - Open creative display space (incl live and interactive art)
4th floor - Revolution and a better future
5th floor - high tech art (lasers, experimental music, etc)Its free, but all contributors and attendee's need to help us tell more people about this exciting event! try sharing this on facebook, inviting all you contacts, email, tweeting #reconnect, blogging, bringing video cameras, write to arts magazines, newspapers and reporters.
