About Edie Seashore

A dynamic presenter, Edie has more than forty years of experience in successfully training and consulting with governments and corporations in organization development and behavior. Recipient of the Life-time Achievement Award by OD Network, she is a past president of the NTL Institute and the co-founder of the American University/NTL Institute Master’s Program in Organization Development. She has co-edited The Promise of Diversity as well as the book What Did You Say? The Art of Giving and Receiving Feedback. Her most recent book is Triple Impact Coaching – The Use of Self in the Coaching Process. Edie’s empowering and inspiring approach serves to enhance consulting practices, deepen skills and relationships and teach new ways to think about our work. She and Charlie Seashore, her life partner for over 40 years, both founding members of the practice of organization development, are a compelling, inspiring force in our field.
