Kabissa, CotW (and Dadamac needs help)

Just been reading emails on the Kabissa volunteers thread ( not as active there as I should be). See issues emerging ref good ways of organising online communities that are familiar. I see patterns there related to

very similar work related to COTW
work Dadamac is doing
work Mincius Sodas did

I hope to explore these in more detail - but only if I can somehow "win back some more time for myself"

NB Sorry no links added to this post. I need an "apprentice" who would do that for me - and a hundred and one other things too.
