At Dadamac we use google spreadsheets to build up a quick reference point for a collections of links - including links to google docs.

We always use the same core structure of four columns called  Actions to be taken    Main headings    Additional information    Links . Sometimes we add extra columns to the left or right. Sometimes we shrink one of the four core columns down to almost nothing as there are no entries - but we keep the four columns. This means we can easily take information across from one spreadsheet to another. We use these in all sorts of situations, for many different purposes.
