I am happy to let you know about an OER conference the OER Brazil project has organized with the Sao Paulo State Legislative Assembly. See agenda attached (In English), the press-release (Portuguese) and a folder on OER (in Portuguese). Please, could you distribute the agenda and other docs to your contacts around the world and post them to your blogs?
The workshop will be webcasted, and I will send you information on this later, or you can check rea.net.br. We may also use UNESCO WSIS platform to allow remote participation during the "unconference" part (2-3pm) (tbc).
