We wanted to be sure that everyone interested in getting involved in the Climate Change Project (Mapping and) Matching System - aka the "ProMS" or "Dating Site"- is aware of Tomorrow's meeting and knows they are welcome to join!  Also, we invite you to spread the word to all potentially interested parties.   The first step to greater involvement: join the CC-PMS Google Group at

Tomorrow we'll convene the second open meeting of the Climate Change Project Matching System via Skype conference call.

All are invited to join and to get active in our three work-tracks <Tech> <Data> and <Outreach>

To join the meeting, be sure to inform Tim, Suresh or Myself of your desire to participate along with a Skype 'handle', and we'll add you to the CC-PMS thread/call-group.

Establish scope/mandate of each of the three tracks: <Tech>, <Data>, <Outreach>  and how they will work together...Are these tracks clear?  Is there another track missing/needed?

  • Gathering info on other matching algorithms; OKCupid, Plentyoffishm etc

Name and Branding
  •   Maybe we can identify or develop a process to figure this out

Tools Training/Use

Movement Camp (MC)?
   Would a MC be of use to the CC-PMS Project?  At what stage?   When?  How do we want it handled or different?   (Perhaps shorter, perhaps in series)
