The Butterfly Project, Uganda is coming to a close in December this year, but we are trying very hard to raise more awareness of the brilliant members we have on the project, like Eunice and Francis, who have been featured in Ugandan national newspapers for their work in the Kampala slums, despite being only 16;  like Nancy, who is 15 and is passionate about bringing confidence to the children in her village - see her blog here;  like Gilbert, who is 16 and recently described as the "Future of Art in Uganda".  We now have 20 like these on our project.

We have a fundraiser in place, which has started well, but we need to build momentum, so that these young people will be able to continue their work next year, so I am requesting that you pass this mail across to your friends and colleagues to spread the word.

Our fundraiser is at Start Some Good a prominent web-site that supports social enterprise in particular.  So, please click the link if you can help support us.

Lastly, we are aiming to be the fan favourite for the recent McKinsey Social Innovators competition which would help bring more people to become aware of our project and perhaps help us achieve our objectives for next year.  All you need to do is click this link and then watch the video if you wish to and then Tweet us to your community.

Many thanks.
