Why technology is only 10 percent of ICT solution success

I love the title of this post and its perspective. As someone who works on the social aspects of using "the tech" I especially appreciate the quote below:
"The project was a success because of everything that you cannot see in the platform ..... the massive investment in terms of time, money and human resources that the project deployed.
