Hi Geis and Dadamac UK-Nigeria team

This evening Geis Simmons and I spent about an hour on the phone catching up with news. (BTW Cicely, Geiss is kindly helping Dadamac Foundation with its financial paper work - such as getting the gift aid back on the money you raised towards the Fantsuam Foundation vehicle.)

Her news included her successful application to Vodaphone World of Difference so I asked her to send me details to share with you and anyone who reads Dadamac's posterous - she wrote:

I hope you enjoy reading and find inspired by it. Thanks for your time. GS

This is a great story - congratulations Geis. I understand that your work for Happy Child will be done gradually - one day a week over about a year, instead of all in one go for two months. Please let me know when you post updates so I can call other people's attention to them.

We also mentioned using social media to help you raise the profile of your work. We have a Dadamac Special Interest Group on Social Media and have been exploring the practicalities of using Twitter. If you search for Twitter on Dadamac's posterous and pick the ones relating to Thursday chats then you could get an idea of what we have been covering.

Let me know next time you are in London and we'll meet up at the nebulae space
